How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Navigate to your account by clicking the hamburger menu on the top-left then click 'Account'.

  1. Go to Subscriptions and Billing and click 'Manage my subscription'.

  1. You will be redirected to your Billing Portal.


  1. Click 'Cancel Plan' and confirm your cancellation.


  1. If you change your mind, you can renew your plan, and the charges will be applied during your next billing cycle.

If you decide to return or resubscribe, simply log into your account through The Hive, and you'll be redirected to the appropriate page. Your data will remain intact and ready for you.
