How do I end my free trial and start subscription?
To access Mrs. Learning Bee's resources, you will need a subscription. While your paid subscription will automatically begin at the end of your trial period, you have the option to end your trial early if you prefer.
- Navigate to your account by clicking the hamburger menu on the top-left then click 'Account'.
- Go to Subscriptions and Billing and click 'End trial early and start subscription'.
- A confirmation message will appear. Clicking 'Confirm' will process your payment and start your subscription.
- If you need to cancel your plan before the next billing period, click 'Cancel Plan' and confirm your cancellation.
- If you want to modify your plan or payment type, go to 'Manage my subscription' and click 'Update plan'.
Please note that if you make changes that increase your payment amount, you'll be charged immediately. However, because the yearly plan is paid at the beginning of your billing period, switching from yearly to monthly will not result in an automatic refund. Instead, any unused months will be converted into credits, which will be applied to your monthly payments until the balance is exhausted.
