Where can I see my invoice and receipt?


  1. Navigate to your account by clicking the hamburger menu on the top-left then click 'Account'.

  1. Click 'Update, cancel, or view your subscription'.

  1. You will be redirected to your Billing Portal. Scroll down to access your invoice history.

  1. Click on the invoice you would like to access.

  1. You can download both invoice and receipt directly through the portal.

Sometimes, changes to your account email address may not automatically update your billing email, which might lead to a 'no billing information found' notification. If you encounter this issue, please contact us so we can update your billing details.
