How do I change my billing details?
Change your billing details and add/edit your payment method by following these steps.
- Navigate to your account by clicking the hamburger menu on the top-left then click 'Account'.
- Click 'Update, cancel, or view your subscription'.
- You will be redirected to your Billing Portal.
- To update your payment method, click 'Add Payment Method.' You can only delete your current payment method after adding a new one. Similarly, you can remove other payment methods only if at least one remains registered. To set a payment method as your default, click the three-dot menu next to it.
- Click 'Update Information' to modify your billing details. Any changes will be reflected in your future receipts.
- If you want to modify your plan or payment type, just click 'Update plan'.
Sometimes, changes to your account email address may not automatically update your billing email, which might lead to a 'no billing information found' notification. If you encounter this issue, please contact us so we can update your billing details.
