Where can I see my subscription?


  1. Navigate to your account by clicking the hamburger menu on the top-left then click 'Account'.

  1. Go to Subscriptions and Billing and click 'Manage my subscription'.


  1. You will be redirected to your Billing Portal where you can update/cancel your plan, update your payment and billing details, and access your invoice.

  1. Updating your plan will enable you to modify both your plan and payment type.

  1. You can only delete your current payment method after you’ve added a new one.

  1. You can also update your billing details, which will be reflected on your receipt.

  1. Go to Invoice History and click the invoice you wish to view. You can download both invoice and receipt directly through the portal.
