How do I cancel my free trial?
Even if you end your free trial early, you will still have access until the trial period expires. However, once it ends, you will lose access to the Hive. To end your trial early, start a subscription, and gain access to the resources, simply choose 'End Trial Early and Start Subscription' on your Account Page.
- Navigate to your account by clicking the hamburger menu on the top-left then click 'Account'.
- Go to Subscriptions and Billing and click 'Manage my subscription'.
- You will be redirected to your Billing Portal where you can update/cancel your plan, update your payment and billing details, and access your invoice.
- Click 'Cancel Plan' and confirm your cancellation.
- If you change your mind, you can renew your free trial and will be billed at the end of your trial period.
Please note that updating your plan allows you to change both your plan and payment type. However, if you make changes, you'll be charged immediately, and your free trial will end.
