How do I change my subscription?

You can change your subscription type and plan by following these steps.


  1. Navigate to your account by clicking the hamburger menu on the top-left then click 'Account'.

  1. Go to Subscriptions and Billing and click 'Manage my subscription'.


  1. You will be redirected to your Billing Portal.

  1. Updating your plan will enable you to modify both your plan and payment type.

  1. Choose the plan you want to switch to and confirm your updates.


Note that if you make changes that increase your payment amount, you'll be charged immediately. However, because the yearly plan is paid at the beginning of your billing period, switching from yearly to monthly will not result in an automatic refund. Instead, any unused months will be converted into credits, which will be applied to your monthly payments until the balance is exhausted.
