How do I change my email address?

  1. Fill out your password and type in your new email.


  1. After clicking 'Send verification email,' you should see a prompt. Please note that you will need to verify your updated email address via the verification email sent to you.

  1. Check your inbox, including spam or junk folders, and follow the instructions provided. Please note that the verification link is only valid for 24 hours. If you do not complete the verification, your email address will remain unchanged.

If you don't receive an email, possible reasons could include:

  • A typographical error in the email address you submitted.
  • Your school's firewall or email filtering system might be blocking the message.
