How do I create my daily/weekly plan?

The easiest way to set up your daily and weekly plans is to start with your Weekly Routine. Think of it as your base template - once it's set up, you can generate your plans each week with a single tap. If something changes for a particular week, you can always override it in the Week Planner.

How do I set up my Weekly Routine?

Your Weekly Routine is where you build the default structure for each day. Any subjects, decks, and connections you add here will carry over every time you generate a new week.

  • From the left-hand menu, tap 'Plan'.
  • Tap 'Weekly Routine'.

  • Add your subjects and entries for each day of the week.

  • If your school runs a fortnightly or multi-week cycle, tap + Add week to set up additional weeks (e.g. Week A and Week B).

  • Before generating, make sure your term dates are set up. Tap Edit Term Dates to choose from common dates or add an empty year.

How do I add slide decks to my Weekly Routine?

If you want a slide deck to appear every day, tap + Decks under Everyday and choose your deck.

  • If you want a deck to appear on specific days only, go to that day and tap + Decks, then choose your deck.

Decks added to your Weekly Routine will automatically carry over each time you generate your week. If you only need a slide deck for a one-off lesson, connect it to a specific subject in your Week Planner.

How do I generate my weekly plan?

Once your Weekly Routine is ready, you can generate your plan for the week.

  • From the left-hand menu, tap 'Plan'.
  • Go to the Week view and navigate to the week you'd like to generate.
  • Tap Generate week from Weekly Routine.

Can I make changes to a specific week?

Yes! If you need to override your Weekly Routine for a particular week - for example, swapping subjects around or adding something extra — you can do this directly in the Week Planner.

  • From the left-hand menu, tap 'Plan'.
  • Go to the Week view.
  • Expand the subject on the day you'd like to change.
  • If you'd like to add more subjects (e.g. one-time subject for the week), tap the + Subject
  • You can also swap subjects by dragging them to your desired day.

  • You can also duplicate a previous day's plan. Tap the three dots menu and select 'Duplicate from' — you'll see options like 'Yesterday' or 'Last Monday' depending on the day.

Changes you make in the Week Planner only apply to that specific week and won't affect your Weekly Routine.

Note: If you've built a week you'd like to use as your ongoing routine, you can save it directly as your Weekly Routine. Tap the three lines (top right) and select 'Save to Weekly Routine'. Keep in mind this will replace whatever is currently in your Weekly Routine.
