Can I duplicate a Tracker column with all its data?

Yes! When duplicating a column, you can choose whether to copy just the column structure or include all the cell values too.

Duplicating a column

1. Click the column header you want to duplicate
2. Select Duplicate column

3. Choose whether to include cell values:

• Include cell values: Creates an exact copy with all data
• Structure only: Creates an empty column with the same settings

4. Click Duplicate.

The new column appears next to the original with "(copy)" added to its name.

When to use each option

Include cell values when:

• Creating a snapshot before making changes
• Setting up a new assessment period with baseline data
• Copying groupings to modify slightly

Structure only when:

• Starting a fresh tracking period
• Creating similar columns for different dates/topics
• Setting up a template column

After duplicating

You can:

• Rename the new column by clicking its header.
• Move it to a different position.
• Edit its settings independently of the original
