How do I make a slide deck appear on Teach Mode?

Have your created slide decks ready to go so they appear automatically in Teach Mode when you need them — no searching, no last-minute setup. There are a few ways to connect a deck depending on how often you use it: every day, on specific days, or just for a one-off lesson.

Where do I find my created decks?

Slide decks you create can be found in your Content Manager. From the left-hand menu, tap My Content to browse, search, and manage all your decks.

How do I make a slide deck appear in Teach Mode?

There are three ways to make your slide decks show up in Teach Mode:

Adding it to your Weekly Routine

If you want a deck to appear every day or on specific days - add it to your Weekly Routine.

  • From the left-hand menu, tap Plan, then tap Weekly Routine.
  • To make a deck available every day, tap '+ Decks' under 'Always-available Slide Decks' and choose your deck.

  • To add a deck to a specific day, go to that day and tap '+ Decks', then choose your deck.

Adding it as one-off connection

This connects the deck to a specific instance of that subject on a particular day or time.

  • From the left-hand menu, tap Plan.
  • Go to your Day/Week Plan and choose the timetable entry you'd like to connect your one-off deck to.

Connecting it to a subject

You can link a slide deck to a subject so it shows up whenever that subject is added to your timetable.

  • From the left-hand menu, tap Plan then Subjects.

  • Choose the subject you'd like to connect the deck to then scroll through Subject Connections.

Connecting a Slide Deck through the Content Manager

  • Find your deck under My Content in left menu.
  • Click the three button and tap Connect to timetable


  • Choose whether to you'd like to connect it to a specific lesson, as default connection whenever you teach that subject, or if you'd like it added to your Weekly Routine.

How do I remove a slide deck?

  • Weekly Routine decks - go to your Weekly Routine and tap the X icon next to the deck.

  • One-off decks - go to the Week Plan and tap the X icon.


Tips

  • Adding a slide deck to your Weekly Routine means it will appear weekly and automatically carry over to your weekly plans when generated.
  • Adding a slide deck to a subject as a default connection means that deck will always be connected every time that subject is added to your timetable. Read more: How do I edit my subjects?
  • You can jump between slide decks by tapping 'Decks' on the bottom bar in Teach Mode.
