Analog Clock
The Analog Clock is an interactive tool for teaching your class how to tell the time. Drag the hands around the clock face to set different times - great for whole-class demonstrations and practice.
How do I access the Analog Clock?
You can access the Analog Clock in three ways:
- Through Teach Mode - click 'Apps' on the bottom bar and search for Analog Clock.

- From the Apps library - click 'Apps' in the left-hand menu, then browse or search for Analog Clock.

- In your slide deck - search for Analog Clock in the apps panel on the right and tap it to drop it onto your slide.

How do I use the Analog Clock?
Drag the hour or minute hand to set the time on the clock. On the left panel, you'll find three settings:
- Digital time - turn this on to display a digital clock above the analog clock, so students can see both formats at the same time.
- Minute numbers - turn this on to show minute markers around the outside of the clock face (e.g. 5, 10, 15, 20...). Helpful when students are learning to read minutes past and to.
- Independent hands - turn this on to move the hour and minute hands separately. When turned off, moving one hand will cause the other to move with it, just like a real clock.
