Timer
Set a timer for classroom tasks.
Timer can also be added as a tool in the advanced slide in your Slide Deck. However, it will not automatically sync with the app. Make sure to choose one that is most suitable to your needs.
- From the Dashboard left-hand side menu click on Apps.
- Search, filter by Classroom, or find the app tile in the list. Click on Timer.
- Set the duration of your timer by selecting from the pre-set options or by entering your own time in the minutes and seconds fields.
- You can select a sound for when the timer ends. Just be sure your computer volume is turned on.
- Start the countdown by clicking the play button.
- Click 'Connect to Timetable' to link the app with your timetable entries.
- Click the pin icon to add the app to your pinned apps on the dashboard.
Note: Your timer will keep running in the background as long as you don't exit or close it. If you switch between tabs, the timer will continue running.
