How do I export my day or week plan?
You can export your week plan as a PDF or spreadsheet — either as a detailed teacher view or a visual student-facing overview.
How do I open the export?
- From the left-hand menu, tap Plan.
- Go to your Week view and tap the three lines (top right), then select 'Export/print week'.

- To export a specific day, navigate to that day in the Day view and tap 'Export/print day'.

What are the two export views?
When the export panel opens, you'll see two tabs: Teacher and Student.

Teacher view
Breaks your plan down day by day and includes all the detail — notes, connections, to-dos, and more. You can choose what to include before exporting:
- Subject start times
- Subject notes
- Subject connections
- Weekly to-dos
- Weekly notes
Teacher view can be exported as a PDF or as a spreadsheet (.csv) — useful if you want an editable file.

Note: Connections included in the Teacher PDF are clickable — so you can tap directly through to linked apps, videos, and resources from the exported file.
Student view
Shows a clean visual overview of the whole week — subject names, colours, and icons only. Teacher-only entries are excluded, so it's ready to display or print for your class.
Options for student view:
- Subject start times
- Subject notes

Student view can only be downloaded as a PDF.
Note: The Student PDF will display subject names in the font you've chosen for your Hive. Read more about fonts here
