How can my casual or relief teacher log in?
For your security, casual/relief access is limited by:
- time - access may only be granted up to 7 days in advance
- permissions to do things in The Hive. Many of the ways that you can create/update/delete your data are not allowed. We have allowed some of the most common (and least destructive) functions that we think will be needed by a casual/relief teacher, such as making adjustments to the timetable for the day.
Make sure the casual or relief teacher has received the login pin that was sent or shared with them.
- Casual or relief teacher must log into the casual/relief login page.
- They should enter your email address, not their own, and then input or paste the pin.
- The same pin will be used every time the casual or relief teacher logs in.
- A prompt will appear if they attempt to make changes that are not permitted.

- If you revoke access, a prompt will display 'Incorrect login details' when they attempt to login again.
