Roll a Silly Sentence
Randomly generate decodable silly sentences.
- From the Dashboard left-hand side menu click on Apps.
- Search, filter by Literacy, or find the app tile in the list. Click on Roll a Silly Sentence.
- Click the 'Close Menu' button at the bottom left of the screen to enter full screen.
- Edit filters to select which words from the sound list you want to include when generating random words. You can also choose to allow adjectives and plurals to be included in the sentence.
- Once filters are adjusted, click 'Get Words' to generate random parts of a sentence.
- Roll the dice to start and keep rolling until you've formed a sentence.
- Tick the 'Show arrows' box if you want a visual guide.
- Click 'Hide' to close the settings and get a fuller view.
- Click 'Connect to Timetable' to connect the app to your timetable entries.
- Click the pin icon to add the app to your pinned apps on the dashboard.
