How do I create events on my Planner?


  1. From the left hand side menu press on the Plan tab.

2. There are three ways to add events, but they all follow the same straightforward process.

Through the Week Planner

Click the 'Week', scroll down to the bottom and click 'Add event'.

Through the Day Planner

Click 'Day' and add event by clicking the 'Add event' button located on the left.

Through the Month Planner

Click on 'Month' and select the day you want to add your event. Then, click the + icon. Using the month planner to add events is more convenient, as it allows you to avoid navigating through different weeks for future events.

You can opt to display weekends on your calendar and preview what students will see in their calendar.

3. Fill out the details of your event and click save.

The teacher calendar is what you see in your planner. Selecting only the student calendar shows what students can access in the app or in the advanced slide. Checking both options displays events on both calendars. For example, you can share birthdays on both, while keeping events like parent-teacher meetings visible only to teachers.
