Greater Than, Less Than
Greater Than, Less Than is an interactive maths activity where students compare two numbers and drag the correct symbol into place. Is the left number greater, less than, or equal to the one on the right? Great for building number comparison skills and mathematical reasoning.
How do I access Greater Than, Less Than?
You can access Greater Than, Less Than in three ways:

Through Teach Mode - open Greater Than, Less Than directly from the bottom bar of Teach Mode.

From the Apps library - browse or search for Greater Than, Less Than in the Apps library.

In your slide deck - you can add the Greater Than, Less Than App by clicking Apps > Type Class > Greater Than, Less Than.
How do I use Greater Than, Less Than?
Two numbers appear on screen with an empty box between them.
Students drag the correct symbol (greater than, less than, or equal to) into the box.
Tap Next Pair to generate a new pair of numbers.
How do I customise the numbers?
Set your preferred minimum and maximum values to control the range of numbers that appear. This lets you adjust the difficulty to suit your class.
Can I change the theme?
Yes - choose between two themes:
- Crocs - the symbols are shown as crocodile mouths.
- Symbols - the standard greater than / less than symbols.
