Four in a Roll

Reinforce numeracy or literacy skills with this two player game. Roll the dice to find out which column you can place a counter in, be sure to complete the task underneath before dropping the counter.

1. From the Dashboard left-hand side menu click on Apps.

2. Search or find the app tile in the list. Click on Four in a Roll.

3. Click the 'Close Menu' button at the bottom left of the screen to enter the full screen.

4. You can select from four content options to display on the board: Numbers, Math Expressions, Hive Words, or items from a Word Bank.

5. For the Numbers option, click the "New Numbers" button to display numbers on the board.

6. For the Math Expressions option, you can customize the settings by choosing the minimum and maximum numbers, selecting basic operations, and optionally including special operations. Once you've set your preferences, click the "New Numbers" button to generate the expressions.

7. If you select the Hive Words option, you can customize the word list by clicking "Edit Filters".

8. Once you've set your preferred filters, click the "New Words" button to generate the words and get started.

9. If you select the Items from a Word Bank option, choose your preferred word bank from the dropdown menu. To customize or edit your word banks, click Edit Word Banks.

10. Once you've selected your word bank, click the New Words button to begin.

11. To start the game, click on the "Roll" button.

12. Click the "Reset" button to reset the game.

13. Click 'Connect to Timetable' to connect the app to your timetable entries.

14. Click the pin icon to add the app to your pinned apps on the dashboard.
