Where can I find my previous timetables?

Previous timetables are automatically saved in your planner, but you can only copy those from up to a week ago.

1. From the left-hand side menu click on Plan.

2. Ensure that you're viewing the "Week" tab.

3. Navigate to the desired week by clicking "Prev" or "Next."

4. To create a copy of a previous schedule, please note that you can only duplicate the schedule from either yesterday or the same day last week.

5. Click on the three dots under your selected day.

6. Click on "Duplicate from..."

7. Choose to duplicate either yesterday's plan or the plan from the same day last week.

8. Since Sunday is not a school day, no plans will be available, and an error message will appear. Therefore, on Mondays, you’ll usually only be able to duplicate the plan from the previous Monday.

9. It will automatically load to your Timetable.

10. To maintain a consistent schedule throughout your term, utilise your Teaching Cycle.

11. In the Weekly view, clicking the "Generate week from Teaching Cycle" button will automatically create the schedule for all 5 days with just one click!

12. You can also generate a timetable for a specific day via the "three dots" menu for the day

13. If your Teaching Cycle needs updating, you can easily view and edit it by navigating to the Teaching Cycle section.
