How do I link videos from YouTube?

Adding a YouTube link to your timetable will automatically open the video on YouTube.

You can also add a YouTube video to your advanced Slide Deck. This feature allows you to watch the video directly within the slide.

Adding YouTube videos as a link

1. Press on Content from the left-hand side menu.


2. Then press on Create Item.


3. Press on Link.


4. Type in and name your Link.


5. Copy the YouTube link and paste the URL. Click 'Create link'.

6. You can find your created links under the Content tab.

  1. To easily access the YouTube link, you can pin it to your Dashboard or connect it to a timetable entry.

Embedding a YouTube video as a tool in the advanced slide

  1. In your Advanced Slide, click on '+Add tool'.

  1. Scroll down through the different tools and choose 'YouTube'.

  1. Add the YouTube link by clicking 'Enter link'. Paste the URL and click 'Save'.

  1. The YouTube video will be embedded in the slide and can be played directly there. You can enlarge the video by dragging the resize box, and you can also make it full screen.
